IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
-
Consignor agrees to allow Pass It On to
sell any or all items checked into a Pass It On consignment
sale. The Consignor is responsible for tagging each item and
setting the selling price. If No Discount is on your preprinted
card your item will not go 1/2 price on Friday, August 13th
and Saturday, August 14th.
-
Pass It On agrees to pay Consignor 70% of
the total sales amount for their items. Consignor understands
that an additional ten-dollar participation fee will be taken
from their profits before checks are mailed. Pass It On
will mail out consignor checks on or before Monday, August
30,
2010.
-
Consignor gives consent to Pass It On to
act on their behalf in donating any items that are not picked up
by the end of the designated pick-up period to a non-profit
charity. The pick-up period is Saturday August 14, 2010 from
4:30-6. A $25 charge will be deducted for any
consignor who indicated that she/he will pick up items on
Saturday and neglects to do so. Items marked with an "X" will be
donated and will NOT be available for pickup after the sale.
-
Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no
claim against Pass It On, the lessors of the space where

must unregister by Wed. July 21, 2010 or they will

website at
http://www.cpsc.gov/cgi-bin/prod.aspx and

sites have been checked for recalls on inventory. Pass It On
