There are 3 options this sale.
OPTION 1:
The first option is to choose 2, three
and 1/2 hour shifts
AND the mandatory sorting shift on
Saturday, August 14th from 1-4pm (You will be able to take your items home with
you after this shift). You will be able to shop from 12 pm-2:30pm on
Tuesday, August 10th. Everyone who works the 2 shifts and sort will get
a $25 gift certificate to use at the next sale. (These will be
available to you at the next sale.) OPTION 2:
The second option is to choose
1, three
and 1/2 hour shift
AND the mandatory sorting shift on
Saturday, August 14th from 1pm-4pm. (You will be able to take your items home with you after
this shift) You will be able to shop from 1:00pm-2:30pm on
Tuesday, August 10th. Everyone who
works 1 shift and sort will be eligible for the drawing of 3 $25 gift
certificates.
OPTION 3 - Full Time Worker:
The third option is for those wanting to volunteer more hours.
Please contact me ASAP as there are a very limited number of spots.
This is for those who can commit to working 40 hours plus the
mandatory sort shift. Full time workers can shop at 10am on 8/10. In addition, you will be able
to choose one of these two options: Keep 100% of your sales from the
August 2010 sale OR receive a $300 gift certificate to be used at the next sale.
You will have to decide which option you want prior to the sale. If you
don't fulfill your commitment, you will lose the option you picked.
*****PLEASE NOTE*****
The sorting shift is mandatory, (ONLY FOR VOLUNTEERS, NOT all
consignors)
even for the last minute helpers. If you don't show up for sort, a $50
fee will be deducted from your consignor check. You will also not be
allowed to volunteer at any future sales. Everyone at the mandatory sort
will be entered in a drawing for a $50 gift certificate for the March
2011
sale.
Volunteer Shift will be available on July 1st
If you register as a volunteer it enables you to see
what shifts are available. You are not committed unless you actually click
on a shift and choose it. You can also remove yourself from a shift if need
be.
This sale depends on all of the amazing volunteers!
