IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Consignors must click the "Buy Now' Paypal button and follow the instructions to pay their non-refundable $15 registration fee when registering online. Follow the payment instructions exactly!
If the consignor registers and decides not to participate they will be prohibited from consigning at the Fall/Winter 2024 sale. (See #7 in Consignor Agreement Below)
Consignors will receive 65% of the selling price(pay PIO 35% commission). (Opportunity to earn a higher %, see the Consignors Who Help link) There will be a $15.00 non-refundable registration fee that will be collected when you register online. Checks will be emailed Monday, May 6 (More info to be supplied through consignor email)
Consignors will get 1 wristband for the Pre Sale and 1 Half price Wristband at Drop Off. More info will come in an email (Half Price for Consignors starts Saturday, 4/20 at 5 pm). The consignor presale pass can be used on Friday, April 19, 2023, from 2 pm-6 pm. One adult per wristband.
Pass It On Consignment Agreement September 2023
In consideration for the opportunity to participate in and profit from the Pass It On Sale, please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the following Terms of Agreement.
IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
Consignor agrees to allow Pass It On to sell any or all items checked into a Pass It On consignment sale. The Consignor is responsible for tagging each item and setting the selling price. If No Discount is on your preprinted card your item will not go 1/2 price.
Pass It On agrees to pay Consignor 65% of the total sales amount for their items. (Consignor is paying PIO a 35% commission) Consignor understands that a NON-REFUNDABLE fifteen-dollar participation fee will be collected at registration. Pass It On will email consignor checks within 10 business days of closing the sale. A $25 fee will be charged for any check that needs to be reissued.
The consignor gives consent to Pass It On to act on their behalf in donating any items that are not picked up by the end of the designated pick-up period to a non-profit charity. The pick-up period is Sunday, September 24, 2023, from 4 pm-7 pm. Items/Clothing WILL NOT be sorted into piles or by #. Clothing will be put in the correct sizes/gender (to our best ability) but it will be the consignor's responsibility to find their items. Items marked with Donate will be donated and unavailable for pickup after the sale.
Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Pass It On, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any helper or paid participants in the sale, or the insurer of Pass It On for any damage, theft, or loss of any items consigned to Pass It On. The Consignor assumes the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale. *As the seller, consignors assume the risk of theft, damage, or loss. While Pass It On does not anticipate such events, they may occur, and sellers WILL NOT be reimbursed for those items.
Consignor or Volunteer agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Pass It On, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants, or the insurer of Pass It On.
Seller agrees that any items found WITHOUT A CARD during the sale will be placed in Lost and Found. Sellers may look through these items at pick-up for identification. Any items not identified during that time will be donated after the pick-up period.
Consignor agrees that if they register to consign and then decide not to participate they must unregister by Sunday, September 3, 2023, or they will be prohibited to consign at the Spring/Summer 2024 sale. The registration fee collected at the time of registration WILL NOT be refunded.
Consignor agrees they have checked the CPSC website at https://www.cpsc.gov/Recalls to ensure ALL ITEMS they are consigning meet the CPSC requirements for lead. It is unlawful to sell products that exceed 600 parts per million (ppm) total lead. The Consignor agrees that these same sites have been checked for recalls on inventory. Pass It On will not be held responsible if the consignor fails to meet these requirements. The Consignor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pass It On for any breach of this law that results in harm to any purchaser or user of the consigned items in question.
This agreement will remain in force for the Pass It On sale unless canceled in writing by either party and delivered to the other party.
